Andrea Kass is serving her third year on the YLD Board. Originally from South Florida, Andrea graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 2007. After working for two years at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, she returned to WashU to earn her PhD in clinical psychology. Andrea is now completing a postdoctoral fellowship in health services research at The University of Chicago. She has been an active member of the Boston and St. Louis Jewish communities, and served on the Board as VP of Leadership Development of the Young Professionals Division of the St. Louis Federation as well as Campaign Volunteer Co-Chair for their annual campaign. She was also selected as a Fellow of the Millstone Leadership Institute. Since moving to Chicago in 2014, Andrea has enjoyed participating in LEADS, Gesher, and the Community Leadership Certificate program through the Spertus Institute. She is also a member of the Reshet Ramah Young Leadership Council, the young alumni group of Camp Ramah.
