JCC Early Childhood education provides children with a solid foundation for future learning success, socially, emotionally, cognitively, physically and spiritually. JCC guides each child to reach his or her individual potential. The approach is simple: JCC puts your child at the center of everything.

NAEYC accredited program covers core curriculum based on national and state standards including math, literacy, science and social studies. The JCC preschool program integrates Jewish curriculum that is rich in culture and tradition. Premier programs for families with children (infants through 5 years of age) are offered at locations throughout Chicago and the suburbs. Programs include full- and half-day preschool, infant/toddler care, kindergarten, enrichment classes, adult/child classes JNew Mom's Group Stay and Play, summer fun programs and family events.

What's New in the Guide

Moishe House RSJ

Moishe House is a network of peer-based Jewish communities for young adults aged 22-30. Each house is comprised of three to five residents who host five to seven programs per month, covering a wide variety of topics and activities. Chicago is home to four Moishe Houses.

Silverstein Base Hillel

The Silverstein Base Hillel is a home for Metro Chicago Hillel students and their friends and the actual home of a rabbinic family committed to pluralism and founded on three core values: hospitality, learning, and service. Rabbi Megan and her wife Paige GoldMarche invite all Metro Chicago Hillel students and other young adults, living in or visiting the Lincoln Park area, into their home to learn, volunteer, celebrate, and of course, eat with them. Metro Chicago Hillel is fortunate to have the first Base Hillel in the country integrated into a campus Hillel.
