Brings together unemployed Jewish professionals offering a sense of community during a difficult and solitary time: the job search. JEN provides networking opportunities, strategic career coaching and job placement assistance to Jewish professionals through one-on-one and group sessions. Panels of speakers and networking events help community members learn, connect, build skills and find jobs. For each level of job seeker – senior level, mid-level or recent college and young professionals – JEN offers comprehensive and specific strategies appropriately geared toward that level.
The program researches each company and needs of its hiring manager; vets and pre-screens any candidates it presents, saving the employer thousands of dollars and hours of time. Qualified candidates span the spectrum from entry-level workers to top executives. Customized recruitment, post-hiring support, added diversity.
The Credit, Asset Building & Savings Help (CASH) program, funded by the Jewish Women’s Foundation of Metropolitan Chicago, helps Jewish female teens and women to build their overall financial capability skills through group educational programs and individualized confidential meetings.
