About Shalom Baby

JUF’s Shalom Baby welcomes the newest members of our community by providing a complimentary gift package to Jewish newborns up to one year old in Chicagoland. Included in the package are materials on creating a Jewish home and raising Jewish children, a personalized welcome certificate and optional sibling certificate, Mazal Tov: Baby’s First Record Book, the Guide to Jewish Living in Chicago, an $18 coupon (to use at any synagogue, JCC or organization listed in the Guide), list of Jewish children's books and music, health and safety information, Shalom Baby babysitter's refrigerator magnet, and more.
