I ♥ Israel

One of the most important aspects of Jewish identity is the connection to the people and the State of Israel. An Israel Experience program is an encounter of the realities and dreams that shape the Jewish experience. Participants have the opportunity to experience the land, people, history and a rich culture.  Nothing makes Jewish identity and history come alive for young people like an Israel Experience Program. Start exploring opportunities with these sites and you'll be on your way to the experience of a lifetime! Learn More »

The Jewish United Fund/Jewish Federation's Chicago Community Israel Program (CCIP) and the Naftali Steinfeld Memorial Scholarship Fund offer financial need-based and merit-based scholarships for high school students participating in approved Israel Experience programs. The purpose of these scholarship programs is to encourage the development of Jewish identity, nourish greater understanding and commitment to Israel and to the Chicago Jewish community, and to recognize future leaders.
