  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 turns black pepper (or one big pinch)
  • 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 1 slice of cheese

Cooking Directions

1.With an adult’s help, pre-heat the oven to 350-degrees. Rub a pat of butter all over 4 cups in a muffin tin.

2. Crack 4 eggs in a bowl and whisk in 2 tablespoons milk.

3. Whisk in 1 tablespoon parmesan, 1/8 teaspoon salt and one big pinch of black pepper. Using a ¼ cup measure, divide egg mixture between 4 greased muffin cups. Put whole muffin pan in pre-heated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

4.With an adult’s help, carefully remove the muffin tin from the oven and place on a heat resistant surface like a tile countertop or the stovetop. Carefully spoon 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce over each egg

5. Cut the slice of cheese in quarters. Lay one quarter piece of cheese over each egg cup

6. With an adult’s help, carefully return the muffin tin to the hot oven and bake 8-10 more minutes until the eggs are puffed and cheese is melted

7. Sandwich egg cup in between a toasted English muffin and eat!
