JUF Women's Division invites you to deepen your connection to Jewish community in Chicago, Israel and around the world.
From the city to the suburbs, for women of all ages, find out how JUF can become a part of your personal commitment to Jewish life and to your Jewish future.
The Women’s Division offers a host of meaningful ways for you to make an impact on our Jewish community. Whether your interests lie in education, networking, fundraising or community service, our Boards and Councils offer something for everyone. We provide wonderful opportunities to meet other women who share your interests and passions.
Our boards and councils are made up of dedicated women who support JUF’s philanthropic and community mission. Our energy is rooted in the spirit of Klal Yisrael, the belief that all Jews are responsible for one another. Each group serves to educate, inspire and connect women, leveraging the power of the collective. In upholding our Jewish responsibility, we fundraise, develop leadership and perform mitzvoth to make a profound impact locally, in Israel and around the world.
The Young Women’s City Council reaches out to young women living in the city. YWC is comprised of women who are single and married, with and without kids, some working and some not working, etc. It offers various mitzvah opportunities, outreach events and one Campaign event per year.
