Women’s Division

The Women's Division is comprised of the Women's Board, the Young Women's Board and the Young Women's City Council. Both boards and the Council are made up of dedicated women who support JUF’s philanthropic and community mission. Our energy is rooted in the spirit of Klal Yisrael—the belief that all Jews are responsible for each other.

Travel Opportunities

The Women's Division hosts a biennial Women's Mission - a fact-finding and soul-searching tour of places such as Washington D.C., the Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, Cuba and Israel. This mission focuses on issues affecting women around the world, including: education, health care, domestic violence, child abuse and any other difficulties and crises that women encounter.
