Write On for Israel

Write On for Israel Fellows travel to Israel to learn about the issues, and to Washington to discuss them with elected officials
Write On for Israel is the leading Israel education and advocacy opportunity for Chicago-area high school students.
This prestigious, competitive two-year program will teach you about Israel’s history and current events, and train you with the skills needed to become a leader in the pro-Israel community when you go to college.
Write On helps you turn your passion for Israel into effective advocacy that will enable you to shape public opinion and make a difference on campus – and beyond.
Write On Fellows attend seven full-day Sunday seminars during the junior year of high school, travel to Israel for 10 days during the summer between junior and senior years, travel to Washington, D.C. for an intensive Capitol Hill experience during senior year and enjoy multiple opportunities to apply their new skills in the community.
Write On alumni fill leadership positions on college campuses across the country. Are you ready to join them?

Last semester, my college brought in several anti-Israel speakers; I attended the events, and asked thoughtful questions. Write On gave me the confidence in my knowledge of Israel to do so. I started a pro-Israel club at my school and it is going really well.

WOFI not only honed my skills and knowledge, but encouraged me to seek out pro-Israel activities on campus in my first weeks at school. The training I gained in WOFI is with me every day when I confront the many challenges that contemporary college campuses have to offer.
