YLD Board Member Bio

D Eisenberg

David Eisenberg is entering his second year on the YLD Board. He grew up in Wilmette, IL and currently lives in Chicago's Fulton River District. David graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2004 and continued on to obtain his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law in May 2007. Since graduating from law school, David has focused his career in the area of construction law. He is currently an associate at Much Shelist, P.C., where he is a member of the litigation department and the construction practice group. David became involved with JUF after attending the Lawyer's Division Dinner several years ago. Since then he has enjoyed competing in the YLD softball league, participating in the 2013 Gesher Program, and volunteering at various JUF organizations such as Moat Chitim and the Chicago Chesed Fund. David loves having the opportunity to serve on the YLD Board and give back to the Chicago Jewish community. During his free time, David enjoys playing softball, trying out the many great restaurants the city has to offer with his wife Gail, and of course rooting for the Bears, White Sox, and Illini.
