YLD Board Member Bio
Michael Oxman is entering his first year on the YLD Board. Originally from the North Shore suburbs of Milwaukee, Michael remained in Chicago after graduating from Northwestern University in 2006, with degrees in Economics and Political Science. Michael is a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley. He loves helping people navigate through different stages of their lives. Michael is an Alpha Epsilon Pi brother, and continues to be involved with the fraternity. Today he is a Regional Governor, overseeing undergraduate chapters throughout the Midwest. In addition, Michael helped create the Alpha Epsilon Pi Chicago Alumni Club. He is a BBYO Chicago Friends and Alumni Network (FAN) leader and chairs the alumni committee. So if you are an AEPi or BBYO alumni, talk to Michael! A former springboard and platform diver for Northwestern, Michael helps support the team today by serving as a founding member of the Endowment Committee. Michael was honored to be one of Oy!Chicago's first ever “36 Under 36” awardees in 2012. Michael has been an active YLD event attender, Finance Trade Dinner committee member, and serves on the Professional Advisory Committee for the JUF. With a passion for connecting people and engaging them within the Jewish Community, Michael is looking forward to serving on the YLD Board.
