Sanctuary: Celebrating Partnership Together
Two decades after Chicago's Jewish community partnered with diverse, developing gateway region of Israel, both sides of the relationship continue to celebrate the many ways they have been enriched.
The next episode of the public affairs program "Sanctuary" focuses on the continuing bond between Chicago's Jewish United Fund and residents of its Partnership Together region, Kiryat Gat-Lachish-Shafir. Discussing the mutual benefits of the relationship will be Chicagoans and Israelis who have connected with one another, and often become friends, as the program has strengthened lives and community.
This episode of "Sanctuary" will air at noon every Sunday in February on ABC's Live Well Network, 7.2. Check local broadcast or cable listings for the channel. The program also can be viewed any time on the Jewish United Fund website, www.juf.org/Sanctuary.
