Lynnley is a strong advocate for an inclusive Jewish community where diversity is celebrated.
She works as Honeymoon Israel's first-ever Director of Jewish Educational Talent; in this role, she finds rabbis and other educators to go on Honeymoon Israel trips and trains them in best practices for engaging people who reflect the diversity of Jewish life. She is known as an innovator who is always coming up with creative ideas to support all kinds of Jews.
She is also a member of Bnai Tikvah in Deerfield, serves as the vice president of Jewish Women International's Chicago chapter as part of the Young Women's Impact Network, and volunteers as a counselor at Experience Camps, a summer camp for grieving children.
Lynnley enjoys furthering her knowledge wherever she can - she graduated from the ADL Glass Leadership Institute, earned a Spertus Master of Arts in Jewish Professional Studies and is a current participant in the M2 Chicago Educators Cohort.
