Looking for a deeper connection with your peers? Struggling with feelings of isolation, anxiety, depression or being overwhelmed? Longing for a safe environment to share, learn, and get support? Join YLD + JCFS Chicago for a 6-week online support group to discuss and reflect on the unique challenges of this past year. Led by Mental Health and Grief Specialist, Laurie Garber-Amram, LCSW, we'll also discuss how to move forward incorporating accessible mindfulness practices and research-based self-care strategies to both reinforce resilience and promote a sustained sense of well-being.
