Brooke Kerendian is partner at DLA Piper LLP (US), where she focuses her practice on securities regulation and corporate law, with an emphasis on real estate capital markets. She represents public companies, private equity funds, and other private companies, many of which are real estate investment trusts (REITs). Brooke's pro bono work includes leading a mentorship program for high school students from various Chicago public schools, which teaches students about professionalism, resumes, interview skills, conflict resolution, and entrepreneurship. She also advises not-for-profit organizations on corporate governance matters and has experience in charitable solicitation registrations and commercial co-ventures. Brooke is a member of the Board of Directors of the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Chicago, serves on the Young Leadership Division Board of the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago, and is the Chicago New Leadership Vice Chair and on the National New Leadership Council of Israel Bonds. She was also named to Oy!Chicago's Double Chai in the Chi: Chicago's Jewish 36 Under 36 List in 2018. Brooke holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business and a Juris Doctor from The University of Michigan Law School.
