Sammy grew up in Glencoe and attended New Trier High School. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 2017, where she received her BA in Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Environmental Law and Policy, and minored in Asian language and culture. Sammy is currently working at the US Environmental Protection Agency in the Data and Budget Management Section of the Superfund Division. She is also attending Loyola University where she is pursuing a Master's Degree in Accounting. Sammy has been involved in JUF for many years including spending a summer in the Lewis Internship Program, as well as participating in LEADS, Gesher, Back from Birthright Committee and Menches in Motion. In her free time, Sammy enjoys reading and going to concerts!
