Reeven Nathan found his passion for Judaica as a preschooler at Anshe-Emet and continued his Jewish studies throughout eighth grade at Solomon Schecter in Northbrook. Although he attended Highland Park Highschool, he continued to serve the Jewish people by voluntarily enlisting in the IDF as a Lone Soldier between his high school and college years. After graduating from Amherst College with a major in Middle Eastern Studies, he pivoted towards finance and worked for Amgen in Los Angeles for 5 years. Upon learning of Covid-19, Reeven moved to Utah, with his middle brother Chase, to work remotely. While in Utah, he learned he wanted to make his way back to Chicago. Serendipitously, he learned of his current employer (R1 RCM) while cycling in Utah and now works as a finance manager at R1 and resides in River North.
