Hooray for Hollywood! Or, since so many Jewish actors, writers, directors, and producers have been part of it since the beginning, maybe we should call it "Challah-wood!"

Here is a list of just some of these Jewish movie and TV stars ... and those behind the scenes who help them shine. We also included lists of Jewish TV and cartoon characters, and even Jewish superheroes! All the Israeli stars are marked with, what else, an Israeli star -- -- just like on the Israeli flag.

Plus, we also list some of the biggest Jewish music stars, from rock to hip-hop. They're over in the Fun Stuff section, under "Music."

Bonus: When you see the word "Bonus" after a star's name, that's your chance to find out more! Like all the Jews on shows like Buffy, Alias, Star Trek, and Saturday Night Live ... the earlier stars who today's stars remind us of ... and other kinds of entertainers like Jewish comedians, songwriters, magicians, game-show hosts, figure skaters, and superhero-makers! Who knew? (Well, we did!)
