Ta'am Yisrael Timeline-due dates, interviews, and orientations 

Required Forms:

All forms can be found in the Registration Portal. Please remember to fill out and upload the following documents:

• Personal Profile (to be completed by the participant)
  
• Passport Copy
  • Winter trip- passport must not expire before: August 24, 2020 
  • Spring trip-passport must not expire before: September 30, 2020 
• Health Insurance Card (front and back)
• Health History (to be completed by participant's parent or guardian)
• Physician's Exam & Immunization Records (to be completed by participant's physician)
• Photo
• Two Recommendations, completed by: 
  1. The Synagogue Rabbi or Education Director AND
  2. A Middle School Principal or Teacher

Financial Aid

The 2020 Financial Aid Application is now open. Please click on the following link: FACTS Financial Aid Application. Families must already be registered for Ta'am Yisrael to apply for financial aid. Applicants will be notified of awards at the end of November, following the meeting of the JUF Scholarship Committee. If you have any issues with the application, please call the FACTS help line at 866-315-9262, 7AM-9PM Monday-Friday and Saturday 8AM-2PM.
