Peter Himmelman is a prolific singer-songwriter, with 11 albums, plus 5 children's albums, to date, as well as a live album and both rarities and greatest-hits collections. He has composed soundtrack music for many TV shows as well, including Judging Amy , Men in Trees , and Bones . Himmelman has been nominated for Grammys and Emmys, and also has a degree from the Kellogg School of Management; he has been a consultant with major corporations trough his project Big Muse, which in turn he has made into a book, Let Me Out . He will be in town for Chicago Ideas Week on October 20, speaking on "Finding Your Genius" and "Business in Motion: The Keys to Creating a Company that Thrives."
