Springboard has announced the second cohort of "18 Under 18." The Jewish high schoolers -- selected for their leadership, tzedakah, fostering of inclusion, and other Jewish values -- represent 14 Chicago-area schools and 15 synagogues.

Teens and adults are invited to "18 Under 18: A Celebration of Jewish Teens" at 7 p.m. Monday, April 16, at the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe to celebrate the honorees, as well as all the other outstanding teens in our community. Register at
