DESCRIPTION:The top Jewish high school senior players from all over the Chicagoland area are set to participate in the 3rd annual Chicagoland Jewish Basketball Showcase. The game will take place Sunday\, April 26 at 4pm at Ida Crown Jewish Academy in Skokie. \nPlayers hailing from both private and public high schools\, ranging in size from 4A to 1A are divided into two equal teams. Players come from schools like Deerfield\, Stevenson\, Vernon Hills\, Lane Tech\, as well as the local area Jewish high schools.  This year’s game features the best collection of Jewish players in the game’s history with multiple All-State players who will be going on to play in college.  Like Danny Wolf\, Blake Peters\, and Sam Silverstein before them\, come and check out the next generation of Jewish basketball talent from the area. \nThe game is being sponsored by: Yoko Kosher Asian\, Chai Athletics\, Zelda’s Catering\, Katz & Stefani\, Milt’s BBQ for the Perplexed\, JCC Camps of Chicago and 6 Points Sports Academy.  Admission is $10 at the door and proceeds from the game will be directed to the Hadassah Medical Organization\, which supports Hadassah hospitals in Israel.
