For nearly 30 years, the Jewish Federation has maintained a policy which prohibits all forms of unlawful or unethical behavior and encourages reporting of such behavior by an employee who suspects it (Program to Detect and Deter Unlawful or Unethical Behavior). Such conduct is contrary to the high standards of integrity expected of Federation employees who have a responsibility both to clients and to the community at large whose contributions support Agency programs. The policy also clearly states that any individual who reports apparent unlawful or unethical behavior in good faith will not suffer retaliation.
Any employee who becomes aware of apparent unlawful or unethical behavior in violation of this policy by Federation or Agency employees acting on behalf of Federation or any suspected waste, fraud or abuse should report the matter to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Chief of Staff and/or the President or place an anonymous report through the submission form on this page.
