“Sarah is the kind of leader the Jewish community needs more of—someone who doesn’t just show up, but builds,” explained her friend and colleague.
As a Deloitte consultant, Sarah works at the intersection of business strategy and human-centered design. She is a strategic thinker who translates complex business problems into intuitive solutions, helping companies rethink how they build and deliver digital products and experiences.
That same design-thinking mindset is evident in how Sarah approaches her community leadership.
After college, Sarah moved to the Windy City, where she first got involved in FIDF Young Leadership’s nascent Chicago chapter. Since then, she has grown the FIDF Young Leadership Board into a meaningful community for young Chicago Jewish leaders. Since its founding in 2023, Sarah has played a key role in expanding the board from 10 members to more than 50 board members and ambassadors.
Today, the chapter has evolved into a thriving network of engaged young leaders committed to supporting Israel and its soldiers. Recently elected as chapter president, Sarah is the driving force behind the chapter’s programming, fundraising, and membership.

A Jew who inspires you: My grandmothers, Helen (z”l) and Tiby, inspire me through the love of family and traditions they passed down to me. Through holiday celebrations, family gatherings, and countless incredible recipes, they taught me the importance of bringing people together. I am grateful to carry on those traditions and share them with my family and friends today.
Something most people don’t know about you: I collect quarters. I have the 50 states, national parks, and a painted quarter collection.
Your best piece of advice: A mantra my dad says: PRC—Perseverance, Resilience, Confidence. With these three things you can tackle anything you want to achieve!
