Diller About

"I cannot put into words how grateful I am for my Diller experience. Diller is so much more than a leadership program. Diller is a place to make friends, see Israel up close and to learn more about yourself. Most importantly, Diller is a network of young and passionate leaders from around the world." -Leah S, Cohort 6

"During my time as a fellow and as a Junior Counselor, I gained valuable leadership skills that I continue to utilize in my college career. I made a network of friends from around Chicago to South Africa, Australia and Israel that I remain close with today. I am so glad I did Diller and cannot recommend the program enough!" -Max M, Cohort 4 and Cohort 6 staff

Diller Teen Fellows is a prestigious yearlong fellowship for high school students interested in exploring topics in leadership, Jewish identity, social justice, and Israel. The Diller program operates in 32 communities in North America, South Africa, Australia, South America, Europe, and Israel with the goal of developing future generations of active, effective leaders with strong Jewish identities, commitment to the Jewish people, respect for pluralism, and love of Israel. Chicago launched its first cohort in 2013 in partnership with JUF's Partnership Together region in Israel: Kiryat Gat, Lachish, and Shafir.
