JUF Bar/Bat Mitzvah Israel Experience Certificate
The Bar/Bat Mitzvah Israel Experience Certificate program is designed to encourage every Bar/Bat Mitzvah to pursue his or her Jewish education by traveling to Israel with an Israel Experience program.
How the Certificate Program Works
At participating synagogues, a $120 certificate toward an Israel Experience program is presented as a gift from JUF at the Bar/Bat Mitzvah service. There is no cost to the congregation or the family; the Certificate is a gift from JUF that can be redeemed at the time a youngster participates in an Israel Experience program.
How To Use Certificates
Bar/Bat Mitzvah Certificates can be used to supplement SKIP and Bar/Bat Mitzvah Gift of Israel savings. Funds can be used for a wide variety of approved Israel Experience Programs from the summer following ninth grade until the participant's 23rd birthday.
