Gabriella transforms commitment into action.

In her workplace at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Gabriella has created space for connection and support during a challenging time to be Jewish.

She currently serves on the global leadership team for Jewish @ BCG, her company’s Jewish employee resource group, where she leads initiatives across education, affiliation, community-building, and alumni engagement, helping to strengthen Jewish life within the firm. Gabriella also led firmwide Yom HaShoah programming and spearheaded efforts to highlight Jewish diversity through programs such as heritage panels.

Outside the office, Gabriella is deeply invested in mentoring Jewish youth teaching at Anshe Emet’s religious school and serving as an advisor for Hyde Park’s BBYO chapter. Additionally, she serves as a Glass Leadership Institute fellow through the Anti-Defamation League, where she has learned how to enact meaningful change against antisemitism. This school year, Gabriella will be a facilitator for Words to Action, a workshop that equips Jewish students to recognize and disrupt antisemitism.

“Gabriella approaches each of her pursuits with a strong sense of chutzpah,” shared a friend.

Age: 24

Primary gig: Talent & Staffing at Boston Consulting Group

On the side: Religious School Teacher at Anshe Emet Synagogue and Hyde Park BBYO Chapter Advisor

Jewish summer camp/summer camp: Beber Camp

How do you give back? I give back by teaching and mentoring Jewish youth across Chicago: at Anshe Emet Synagogue in Lakeview on the North Side, and on the South Side as a BBYO advisor. On a usual Sunday, I teach second graders in the morning before taking the train to meet with BBYO teens on the South Side. With a demanding corporate job, my weekends/free time are important, but investing it in the next generation of Jewish youth is something I find deeply meaningful and fulfilling.

A Jew who inspires you: Midge Maisel from The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. She is unapologetically herself and chases her dreams with courage, authenticity, and determination. She’s also not afraid to tell a bad joke, and neither am I—much to my friends’ dismay.

Is there anything else you’d like the community to know about you? In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching reality TV, crafting, and I’m always looking for a great podcast recommendation.
