Commitment to Jewish community runs deep in Melissa’s family.
“My parents, grandparents, and extended family…model what it means to live Jewish values with integrity, compassion, and commitment to community,” the fourth-generation Jewish Chicagoan said.
Melissa is a firm believer in the importance of a strong, welcoming Jewish community, and is a current member of both YLD’s Board of Directors and the Young Visions Board of the Israel Cancer Research Fund.
Professionally, Melissa serves as Vice President of Business Management at JPMorganChase. Her expertise spans strategic planning, data analytics, organizational development, project management, and more. She is a member of Washington University Alumni Network’s Chicago Young Alumni Board, as well.
Just as her family modeled to her, Melissa is modeling her commitment to Jewish leadership to the next generation. In fact, she recently participating in JCC Chicago’s Women inPower cohort, a mentorship program pairing Jewish women business leaders with up-and-coming women in business. She has also served as a mentor to college students in the JUF Lewis Summer Internship Program.
