Victoria’s dedication to promoting inclusion has been a consistent thread throughout her life. Early on, she was inspired to make a difference in the inclusion space by her brother’s own journey with developmental disabilities.

Victoria-a mechanical engineer, product designer, and product manager-co-founded Swiv, which creates inclusive products for children with developmental disabilities. As CEO of the innovative toothbrush company, she infuses empathy and practicality into the design process.

An inaugural member of mHUB’s mPOWER program, Victoria is shaping the future of product innovation with a central focus on inclusive, human-centered design. Her work prioritizes real-world impact, developing products that thoughtfully address the needs of an underserved community.

Victoria chairs the Keshet Leadership Council, helping to foster a more inclusive and welcoming Jewish community. She also participated in YLD’s Gesher program, where she was recognized as a rising young leader dedicated to building a stronger, more connected community.

A JEW WHO INSPIRES YOU:
Lisa Barr. She’s not only a celebrated author and fierce Jewish advocate, but also someone I’ve known my whole life as a dear friend of my mom. Lisa is the daughter and granddaughter of Holocaust survivors, and her writing boldly honors that legacy. Since October 7, she’s become an even louder voice for Jews worldwide, contributing to On Being Jewish Now with other Jewish writers, despite threats and backlash. Her courage, clarity, and refusal to stay silent continue to inspire me—I strive to follow her fearless example as I navigate life’s trials.
