When Carla moved to Chicago, she quickly became
involved with JUF Young Leadership Division-- and she's spent the last nine
years helping others find a welcoming introduction to the Jewish community.
She has held many leaderships roles on YLD's board so far, including
leading and participating in the JUF Professional Women's Network Mentorship
Program and organizing her board's Campaign contributions. She has also been
part of several YLD committees, including the inaugural Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion committee; the Board Development Initiatives Committee; and the Data +
Analytics committee. She has also been a Builder of the Mishkan community since
2018.
She brings her passion for inclusion to work as well, where
she advocates for women in business, and served on her company's and her MBA
program's Women in Business boards.
Carla looks forward to
continuing her work with YLD as the incoming board president of the 2021-2022
term.
