Inspired by his grandmother's struggle with
Alzheimer's disease, Nick is the chair of the 29-person Associate Board for CJE
SeniorLife. He leads the board in helping seniors with housing, healthcare,
education, enrichment, and community services. He also funds researching issues
relevant to seniors and helps to organize two events each year to fundraise for
CJE-operated nursing homes in Chicago.
Nick also serves as an
inspiration in his career, where he contributes to Chicago's industrial market -
the third largest in the nation. He currently has 547,000 square feet under
development in the Chicagoland area and is one of the youngest leaders in
commercial real estate in the area. His work ensures economic growth in the
region, and he has won several awards, including the 2020 Industrial Spec
Development of the Year for his Bridge Point Downers Grove project.

YOUR BEST PIECE OF ADVICE:
Always say yes and never turn down any
opportunities. You never know where something might lead, even it seems like it
won't be worthwhile at the time.
WHAT IS YOUR PROUDEST ACCOMPLISHMENT IN THE LAST 10 YEARS:
My son Skyler is far and away the best piece of
my life and being a good dad to him and a good husband to my wife Samantha
brings me more joy and happiness than anything I've ever experienced. In my work
life, becoming the partner of the Chicagoland region to oversee all development
activity was a tremendous honor.
