Emily inspires her colleagues, fellow women, and the Jewish community to work for the things they believe in.
Through her work at the Harris Women's Network, she advocates for gender-based inclusivity in the workplace and mentors up-and-coming employees to conquer challenges in the world of finance. She also founded the Jewish Employee Resource Group at her workplace to educate non-Jewish coworkers about Judaism--and has hosted them for Shabbat dinner at her home.
Emily is committed to teaching others about the lessons of the Holocaust, serves on the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center's Young Professional Board, and launched a book club to encourage others to learn about it, too.
For over a decade, Emily has been involved with Chabad of Lincoln Park, starting with her time as a student at DePaul University.
An avid animal lover, she enjoys volunteering at The Anti-Cruelty Society and helping furry friends find their forever home.
