‘Nothing Can Stop You’

ROCHELLE NEWMAN RUBINOFF

Erin Rachel Doppelt is using her educational background, professional expertise, spiritual training, and life experiences to help guide others to find their limitless potential and, ultimately, discover how to live their most authentic and fully actualized lives.

A Highland Park native, Doppelt can now add author to her long list of accomplishments, with her newly published book, Nothing Can Stop You . In this next-level self-study guide, this past 36 under 36 honoree provides practical guidance for readers drawn from her own personal experiences and insights.

“The book will support readers in taking aligned action on their deepest heart-led dreams by integrating eastern ritual and western psychology and living on their highest possible timeline, which is their most authentic, nourishing, and joy-filled life,” Doppelt said.

The author explains that this means learning the tools to manifest their soulmate, practicing active meditation to heal anxiety, curbing negative thoughts that say they shouldn’t pursue their goals, and putting into action the science of happiness frameworks. ” Nothing Can Stop You will offer clarity and direction on the physical action and rituals that must be taken to deepen your connection to your inner guru and live your fullest expression of self,” she added.

She is also passionate about helping individuals on their paths of self-discovery and wrote the book as a guide, “an invitation, and a permission slip, to take up space in this world, become an active participant in their own life, and show up for their most authentic self.”

After graduating from college a decade ago, Doppelt was living in Chicago and had a successful career in marketing with Protein Bar. “In addition to helping Protein Bar open up restaurants, she created the company’s Instagram account. “It really taught me the power of social media,” she reflected. This skill would end up coming into play in later years, as she established her current strong online presence.

Doppelt admits that during that time period, she was “so spiritually starved.” “I really wanted to live this spiritual life. And yes, people could talk about yoga. And people could talk about positive affirmations. But I wanted to talk about purpose,” she said. “I wanted to talk about G-d. I wanted to meditate and dive really deep, and it didn’t seem that a lot of people were interested in that spiritual conversation.”

The book describes Doppelt’s journey and incredible life experiences, including living in Israel, studying at an Ashram in India, and attending Columbia University to pursue a master’s degree in psychology.

Doppelt writes both Judaism and Israel are important parts of her life in her book. “I talk a lot about sacred spiritual Jewish practices because they’re so powerful and transformational,” she said.

She is also a big believer in manifesting your own destiny and details how this helped her meet her husband Jon (with a little help from their mothers!). “A lot of my book also emphasizes how to live on our highest possible timeline to essentially do the thing that you always wanted to do,” Doppelt said. “Whether that’s fall in love, travel the world, start your own business, or start a podcast. Whatever it is, this book will give you the tools to do the thing that’s in your heart because all of our desires are unique to us.”
