Ready to Get Started?
Opening a DAF is simple, and we will guide you every step of the way.
- Download and complete the DAF Agreement. See our Policies & Procedures for more information
- Email your form to: CFJP@juf.org or mail to: Center for Jewish Philanthropy, Jewish Federation of Chicago, 30 South Wells Street, Chicago, IL 60606
- Fund your DAF with $1,000 or more—cash, appreciated stock, or other assets are accepted
Once your agreement and initial contribution are received, we will confirm that your DAF is open, and you will be ready to recommend grants with ease and confidence.
