Yuliy Kleban

Yuliy Kleban join the RJD's Advisory Board in August 2012. He is originally from Kiev. Yuliy graduated from National Agricultural University of Ukraine. He works as a Senior Electrical Engineer at SPAAN Tech, Inc., Yuliy founded Chicago's Intellectual Club LAERT and currently serves as a leader of national intellectual clubs What?Where?When? He has been involved in the Chicago’s Russian Community events for over 10 years, he was active organizer of the annual Russian Shabbaton retreats and other projects.
