JUF Security Programs

In a post-Oct. 7 world, the Jewish community is facing record levels of antisemitic hate that threaten our community’s safety. In response, JUF has built a team of security experts to provide security assistance to Jewish institutions across the metropolitan area.

Report a threat incident or suspicious activity:

JUF Security experts stand at the ready to help our local Jewish institutions keep their facilities—and the people in them—safe. 

They are prepared to offer each institution a professional assessment of their potential vulnerabilities and gaps in security—along with expert guidance in how to plug those gaps.  

They can also help secure government funding to pay for those security enhancements.

JUF Security works in partnership with Secure Community Network (SCN) to continually monitor potential threats to our community. The JUF team is in constant communication with all levels of law enforcement and serves as a communications bridge between law enforcement and local Jewish institutions. 

And they work hand in hand with law enforcement to offer security training for staff at Jewish institutions on how to handle a wide variety of potential crises.
