IsraelNow Chicago

Join Jewish eighth graders from all over Chicago and embark on a journey to remember. With JUF’s IsraelNow Chicago, you’ll deepen your relationship to Israel, strengthen your Jewish self-confidence, and expand your peer network, all while exploring must-see spots in Israel and making life-long connections. Gap Year Programs

More and more colleges and universities are encouraging teens to take a year between high school and college. Known as the Gap Year, this special year enables high school graduates to volunteer, learn, travel, and expand their horizons. Masa Israel enables thousands of Jewish young adults to spend a year in Israel by providing information, contacts, grants, and more. A directory of Gap Year programs in Israel, plus information about a universal grant and additional financial need funding, is available at Masa Israel Journey.

JUF Young Leadership Division Mission
