jBaby Big Stories for Little Mensches | Sep 15- Nov 17, 2026

Chicago Jewish Day School Storyteller-in-Residence and early childhood educator, Maxine Segal Handelman, leads this engaging intergenerational experience that brings Jewish stories and classic books to life with playful drama, art experiences, music and movement. Children and adults will find new friends through activities that invite them to play together. Adults will also experience sacred time with their two or three-year-old as they engage in classic Jewish stories. Participants will fall in love with the stories of the Jewish people.
