Our communal celebration of Shavuot begins with a lecture by Rabbi Daniel Kirzane. Drawing on the latest biblical scholarship, Rabbi Kirzane explores the history of the Torah’s composition and compilation and the holiness that history reveals. Following a shared service led by Cantor David Berger and Cantor Rachel Rosenberg, we will enjoy a festive dessert together. Rabbi David Minkus will convene another study session, and learning will continue into the night with study options organized by members of our community. Do you have Torah to teach?
