Springfield Advocacy Mission 2026

We are preparing for our 2026 Springfield Advocacy Day taking place on Tuesday, May 19, 2026. This year will again be in-person and invite-only. We plan to fill your day with important Illinois General Assembly member meetings, starting off with breakfast at the Capitol to get things going. JUF’s legislative agenda includes important initiatives impacting our health and human services partners and clients, while also addressing antisemitism and acts of hate and extremism. Your participation is vital to our success. As we get closer to May 19, we will send you detailed information including your lobbying group assignment, factsheets, and background materials. We will also schedule a preparation session over Zoom for all participants to ensure that you are fully equipped to advocate for legislation critical to our community and to JUF’s and our network of affiliated agencies.
