Northwestern Hillel (Abel and Judy Friedman Center for Jewish Life at the Louis and Saerree Fiedler Hillel at Northwestern University)
Hillel is the center of Jewish life at Northwestern and the catalyst for Jewish expression of all kinds. Hillel has a rich and storied history here at Northwestern, but our mission remains timeless: we work to inspire Jewish students to make an enduring commitment to Jewish life, and we strive to create meaningful experiences that enable our students to explore their Jewish identity while they try to figure out for themselves what it means to be human and what kind of a human being they want to be. All of this while they try to figure out how to enrich the Jewish community at Northwestern, the campus community, and the world beyond.
