Designed for 24 older adults, is located in a residential neighborhood and offers private rooms and bathroom arranged in suites around living rooms with kitchens. Residents enjoy group activities, meals, transportation, excursions and 24-hour staff. Applicants must be 62 years or older and qualify for subsidized housing under the provisions of HUD’s Section 8 program. Service coordinator on site. Transportation through CJE’s Shalom Bus Services is available for residents.
