jBaby & PJ Library| Postpartum Strength & Conditioning Workout| City

Join fellow moms for an energizing full-body workout designed to help you rebuild strength, balance, and endurance. This class includes a 10-minute warm-up, 40 minutes of interval-based strength and conditioning training, and a 10–15 minute cool-down with stretching and recovery. Exercises will specifically address common postpartum challenges, including core rebuilding, stability, and functional strength for everyday motherhood. All fitness levels are welcome.
