South Suburban Cooperative Jewish Council
The South Suburban Cooperative Jewish Council (CJC) strives to provide coordinated opportunities for residents in the geographically dispersed Southern Suburbs to access and meaningfully engage in Jewish life within the region. The CJC is comprised of representatives from the three synagogues – Shir Tikvah, Joliet Jewish Congregation and Temple Beit Shalom, along with JCC Chicago, National Council of Jewish Women South Cook Section, JUF, B’nai Brith, and Pvt. Sam Neivelt Post Jewish War Veterans.
