RJD Mind–Body Reset

From Stress to PEACE is a 2-hour mind–body reset created for busy women who carry so much—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Through neuroscience backed practices, somatic movement, breathwork, and the PEACE Response Model™, you’ll learn how stress lives in the body and how to interrupt it in real time. In Jewish tradition, caring for yourself is a responsibility, not a luxury. Kol Yisrael arevim zeh la’zeh reminds us that we can support others only when we ourselves feel grounded and whole. This workshop offers a gentle, supportive space to reset your nervous system, reconnect with inner calm, and discover practical tools you can use in minutes—anytime, anywhere. The session will be led by Sophia Shlain, a trauma specialist and trained Brainspotting practitioner with deep expertise in mind–body healing. We are proud to be cosponsored by Lifeway, who will be providing delicious and healthy dishes made with their signature products for all participants to enjoy.
