Since 1994, musicians and singers of the Junior Klezmer Orchestra have studied the art of Klezmer-traditional Eastern European Jewish music and Yiddish song-with members of the Maxwell Street Klezmer Band. Jewish Enrichment Center

The Jewish Enrichment Center is a laboratory school that raises a child's voice in Jewish learning. Since 2011, we've run an independent Sunday and afterschool in Hyde Park, Chicago, where children are co-creators of Judaism. The Jewish Enrichment Center is recognized nationally as an exceptional model of deep, personalized Jewish children's learning. At the Jewish Enrichment Center, children ask questions, generate ideas, and bring Jewish texts to life for themselves.
