Stephanie Rachel Dykeman and Brendon Scott Sklar were married on October 21, 2012 at the Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn in Sonoma, CA. Stephanie is the daughter of Annie and Richard Dykeman of Mequon, WI. Brendon is the son of Teri and Dennis Sklar of Northbrook, and grandson of Phyllis and Jack Rosen of Highland Park. Stephanie and Brendon honeymooned in South Africa. Rabbi Gil-Ezer Lerer of Temple Menorah in Milwaukee performed the ceremony.

Stephanie, 33, is the Director of Domestic Affairs for the JCRC at the JUF/Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago.  She graduated from the U. of WI-Madison in 2001 and from the U. of California-Berkeley School of Law in 2004. Brendon, 35, is the Financial Center Manager at Fifth Third Bank in Deerfield. He graduated from the U. of AZ in 2000.

Alan and Lorin Gottlieb, of Cleveland, announce the engagement of their daughter Robyn Gottlieb, 30, to Dan Brenner, 29, son of Michael and Gail Brenner, of Highland Park.

The groom is an attorney focusing his practice in Construction law and the bride is the Director of the Trades, Industries & Professions (TIP) Division of the Jewish United Fund. The couple plans to get married in the fall in Cleveland. Grandparents of the bride are Charles and Gwen Lewis and Saul and Bernice Gottlieb, of Cleveland. Grandparents of the groom are Saul z'l and Marcy Rosenfeld, of Denver, and Leonard Alyce Brenner z'l of Aventura, Fla.

Bonnie and Rick Meltzer, of Northbrook, announce the engagement of their daughter, Cheryl Alyse Meltzer, 28, to David Mitchell Ginsburg, 29, son of Aleece and Mark Ginsburg of Buffalo Grove. The bride's grandparents are Sylvia and Marvin Rosett and Nettie Meltzer.  The groom's grandparents are Ina Lurie and Joan and Gene Ginsburg. Cheryl graduated from Indiana University in 2007 in Elementary Education. She is currently employed as a Special Education teacher for CPS. David graduated from Illinois State University in the field of Parks and Recreation. He is currently employed as an executive assistant manager for Walgreen's. A June 2013 wedding is planned. Rabbi Carl Wolkin and Cantor Steven Stoehr, of Congregation Beth Shalom in Northbrook, will officiate.

Patti and Howard Penner, of Northbrook, announce the marriage of their daughter Lissa Penner to Steven H. Goldberg, son of Susie and the late John Goldberg of Homewood, and grandson of Dorothy Finder of Aventura, FL. Lissa graduated Columbia College, Columbia, Mo. and is a property manager with Lieberman Management in Chicago. Steven graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, and is an insurance broker with Total Insurance Services in Northbrook.  The couple married in January. Rabbi Paul Caplan, of Temple Anshe Sholom in Olympia Fields, officiated.

Susie and David Weiner, of Long Grove, announce the engagement of their son Matthew, 26, to Rebecca Pernikoff, 26, daughter of Robin and the late Michael Pernikoff, of St. Louis, Mo.. Matthew is the grandson of Eadie and Jack Heller, of Buffalo Grove, and Thelma and Joe Weiner, of Wheeling. Rebecca is the granddaughter of Jeanine Mamroth and the late Michael Mamroth and Irv Pernikoff and the late Regina Pernikoff, all from St. Louis, Mo.

Matthew earned his bachelor's of science in general engineering from the University of Illinois. He is currently in business development for Motorola Solutions.  Rebecca earned her bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising and business from Indiana University. She is currently a business manager for Bobbi Brown Cosmetics.

Matthew and Becca got engaged live on Good Morning America in October. A November 2012 wedding is planned in St. Louis, Mo..

Michael and Yanina Dinzburg, of Morton Grove, announce the engagement of their daughter Angelica Dinzburg, 23, to Greg Roginsky, 24, son of Vladimir and Bella Roginsky, of Champaign, Ill. Greg will be starting general surgery residency in July 2012. Angelica is in school studying to become a speech pathologist.

Greg and Angelica got engaged on March 16 at The Mid America Club in Chicago. They were there for Greg's Match Day to see where he would match for his residency. Greg's named was called to get his envelope with the results at 11:09am. Greg asked for pictures to be taken upon opening his envelope. After celebrating, he took Angelica's hand, looked into her eyes, and said her name. He got down on one knee and asked her if she would marry him. Angelica said yes, and at 11:11 a.m., a time very sentimental to the couple, the two became engaged.

The couple was married in June.

Howard and Maia Labow of Highland Park, announce the engagement of their son, Yoni, to Danielle Frydman of Highland Park, daughter of Dr. Joseph and Marie Frydman. Yoni is the grandson of Jackie Labow of Lincolnwood. Danielle is the granddaughter of Efroim Frydman, of Chicago, and Kathryn Testa, of Chicago.

Yoni is a graduate of Ida Crown Jewish Academy and received a Bachelor of Arts from University of Michigan in History and Jewish Studies. Currently, he is the Marketing Director for National Enrollment Services.

 Danielle is a graduate from Highland Park High School and received a Bachelor of Science from University of Wisconsin and is currently finishing her Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work.

Both Yoni and Danielle are graduates from Solomon Schechter Day School in Northbrook.

Michele and Leo Bromberg, of Skokie, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elisheva, to Shalom Klein, son of Leah and Moshe Klein, of Skokie.

Shalom is the chairman of Jewish B2B Networking, publisher of Jewish Business News and vice president of MK&A, Ltd. Elisheva currently teaches at New York Preschool of the Arts in Manhattan.

Mr. and Mrs. Michael Friduss, of Highland Park, joyfully announce the engagement of their son, Kevin Arthur Friduss, to Stacy Aleeza Heller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gary Heller of Boca Raton, Fla.

Kevin, a 2001 graduate of Highland Park High School, received a Bachelor of Communications degree from the University of Denver in 2005. He is currently employed as a Real Estate Consultant in Chicago.

Stacy, a graduate of Olympic Heights High School in 2000, received a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Central Florida in 2005. She went on to receive a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana University in 2011. She is employed as the Senior Program Director and International Coordinator for Advisor Leadership at BBYO, Inc.
